White Hinterland - Icarus

Discovered this while wandering on YouTube this morning. I’ve never heard of White Hinterland before today, and I didn’t know anything about them until read their artistwiki page.

“White Hinterland is the stage name Portland Oregon-based Casey Dienel (born March 10, 1985) an American singer-songwriter and pianist, she released her debut album, Wind-Up Canary in 2006 on Hush Records under his own name Dienel currently performs and records as White Hinterland, whose first album PHYLACTERY Factory title was released on 4 March 2008 by the independent record label Dead Oceans” (source)

they’re not a disaster, oh no no.
so i discovered i like retro pop -  i read someone told that about their music, it’s retro-pop - and i have to listen to their album. and this band needs a wiki page, or at least a decent website with bio. can’t find infos anywhere.

Choir of Young Believers - Hollow Talk

Ok so this is something totally new to me, I just discovered them this afternoon while wandering on Youtube. According to Wikipedia, the band is the musical project of 26-year-old singer, writer and guitarist Jannis Noya Makrigiannis, from Copenhagen, Denmark.

I like very much.
